​We are the first All-Female Pacific Island Sports Management Team and a family business united by our deep love of rugby league. Everything we do is driven by our passion for the game, our community, and our mission to mentor and support young female players on their journey toward elite pathways

 

Our mission is to champion all young women in rugby league, offering genuine support, advocacy, and opportunity for players who deserve to be seen, valued, and respected.​  Whether you’re aiming for NRLW selection or just starting your journey, we provide the guidance, structure, and belief to help you reach your goals — and enjoy every step of the way.

With the rise of many young pacific island female players emerging in the sport, one of our many roles is to help these young women build strategy plans that will create pathways and opportunities for them.  With our cultural awareness we can also help navigate them through cultural expectations alongside the demands of wanting to play a professional sport.  ​

What makes us different from others is we can definitely offer a safe, trusting space for young pacific island players to talk about mental health, identity and personal challenges.  We encourage values like humility, respect and service, key elements in the pacific island culture as our cultural backgrounds where family, faith and community are central.

Through one-on-one mentoring and career coaching, we help players:

• Build strong personal brands that attract sponsors and recognition

• Learn essential life and professional skills, including media, financial, and time management

• Balance rugby commitments with education, work, and wellbeing
